• Orders above €250 qualify for free shipping within Europe.

• All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and sealed.

• Decants and samples cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Import Duties and Additional Charges

Please note that any additional charges related to international shipments, including but not limited to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
